Caleb is a practiced planner and strategist who has developed a distinguished talent for servicing clients and projects, converting prospects into effective businesses, retaining clients and building teams. He has worked in India’s leading PR firms, including Perfect Relations, Vaishnavi Corporate Communications, Eulogy PR and Ketchum Sampark.
During his more than two decades in career and business, he has serviced and continues to serve marquee clients like Castrol, J K Tyre, Godrej, Titan, Ashok Leyland, Tata Coffee, Tata Motors, Himalaya Drug Company, ITC Foods, ITC Infotech, Biocon, Sun Pharma, Nuance Communications, Embassy Group, Hiranandani, Sakra World Hospital, BR Life, KEF Infra, Katerra, CMR University, etc.
He believes in being a good Christian, an optimist and dreamer. He is passionate about music, food, travelling and books. When not working, he likes to sleep, watch interesting content online, listen to music, read or visit friends. Apart from work, he is passionate about social impact projects.
Joshua David
Co-founder and COO
Co-founder and COO with 20+ years in editorial, communications and operations experience
Joshua has developed advanced skills in editorial management and quality control, market intelligence, analysis and reporting, research and content development and project management. Starting as an intern at the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) in 1997, he has over the years, worked with the St John’s National Academy of Health Sciences in Bengaluru and UK market research firm Datamonitor at Hyderabad.
During his more than two decades in career and business, he has collaborated with the Centre for Ecological Sciences at the IISc, UGC-NAAC, Species Survival Commission of IUCN, Wildlife Trust Alliance (now Ecohealth Alliance) of New York and Oxford University Press – New York, and has attended international conferences in Cambodia, Malaysia, USA, Brazil and Singapore.
After office, Joshua spends the entire time with his family, playing music, watching inspirational movies online and cooking his favorite dish – biriyani! He is passionate about music, sustainability, reading books and cooking. He believes in being a good Christian, honest, patient and caring.

He started his career with Perfect Relations in 2001 and over the years has worked with top PR agencies such as Vaishnavi Corporate communications, Hanmer & Partner, Brand-Comm and IPAN Hill&Knowlton.

Spanning over three decades Ravi has worked with renowned advertising agencies like Oglivy & Mather, Mudra, MAA Bozell, Clarion, Corporate Voice and Bozell Dubai, E media Dubai. In his time, he has worked on projects associated with renowned brands such as Wipro Software, TVS electronics, Titan, MICO, United Breweries.
Sujish Kumar
Account Director
Sujish has been in Public Relations since 2009 and started his PR career with Perfect Relations and was with the media intelligence unit. He joined Red Communications in 2013. Since January 2016 he is with Perez Consulting and drives PR campaigns for Sakra World Hospital and Katerra.
