Our brief was to create a Pan-India image for Embassy through strategic repeatable press and media interventions, making Embassy the Go-To brand for everything on real estate in India.

We positioned Embassy as India’s fastest growing multi-vertical real estate company and the most aspired and respected realty brand and the Chairman Mr. Jitu Virwani as a visionary, a pioneer and a statesman in business. Our effort was to garner more media visibility and top of the mind brand recall across priority markets such as Mumbai, Delhi, NCR, Bengaluru, Chennai, Ahmedabad, Pune and Hyderabad. The sustained campaign was carried out over close to four years through a combination of events, press conferences, press interactions and press release distribution covering Embassy Corporate, Embassy International Riding School, collaborations and project launches, CSR activities, awards and recognition, events, etc.
Results
The robust PR campaign achieved a total Pan India coverage of 2765 including 100 industry stories, 22 authored articles, media roundtables and numerous covers across the media. Besides the corporate and the numerous business verticals, media coverage included Covid-19 related stories, HR stories, and all CSR, Corporate Connect and Community initiatives during this period. Highlights include SkyWalk launch at the Embassy Manyata Business Park, Urban Green and Green Rider stories for Embassy Services, MoU with the Bengaluru Metro, Sword of Honour by British Safety Council, Vogue Atelier event in Mumbai, Millionaire Asia and Hotelier India covers for Jitu Virwani, launch of Embassy Edge at Springs, Asian Games victory of Fouaad Mirza of EIRS, JP Morgan deal, launch of the co-living brand Olive, BLVD feature in National Geography and Outlook Traveller, 10th Equestrian Premier League and Forbes feature on Aditya Virwani and RealtyPlus story on Jitu Virwani.
