The brief was to create a Pan-India image for Embassy through strategic press and media interventions, making Embassy the Go-To brand for everything on real estate in India.
Challenges:
In this Real Estate PR Case Study, a select few real estate players dominated the market with pan-India presence. Repositioning Embassy as a national brand demanded a fresh brand narrative.
Strategy:
We positioned Embassy as India’s fastest-growing multi-vertical real estate company. We built Chairman Mr. Jitu Virwani as a visionary, pioneer, and statesman in business. Our effort focused on media visibility and top-of-mind recall across priority markets: Mumbai, Delhi, NCR, Bengaluru, Chennai, Ahmedabad, Pune, and Hyderabad. We ran the campaign for close to four years, combining events, press conferences, press interactions, and press release distribution. Coverage spanned Embassy Corporate, Embassy International Riding School, collaborations, project launches, CSR activities, and awards and recognition.
